Should we not have the arrival form, we will not be allowed to notify the complex of your coming stay and there will be a prolonged waiting time at the gate. Please ensure documentation is received to ensure a smooth key arrangement.

Please take note, this includes your refundable damage deposit, should it be applicable. No payments are possible at the estate and the funds should reflect in our account. Unfortunately due to the amount of fraudulent proof of payment receipts, we take note of the POP's but will only tick off payment once the funds are reflected in our account For last-minute bookings, please use the "pay-and-clear" option from your bank. There is a tendency from online booking portals to hide certain fees in the small print, please ensure that you are aware of these fees, especially relating to the damage deposit and administrative fees. Furthermore, access codes may only be delivered to guest upon the successful payment of the full balance (and this includes your damage deposit).  No exceptions will be allowed and no arrival note submitted unless the full balance is settled. Please assist us in ensuring that you have a smooth check-in process.

BEDROOMS LAYOUT

There are three elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, while the third offers a full bathroom with both a bath and shower.


UNIT LAYOUT

The layout spans multiple floors. On the ground level, you’ll find a secure double garage. A staircase from the garage leads up to the main living area, where the kitchen, lounge, and bedrooms are located. The living space is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and six ceiling fans distributed throughout the unit to keep it cool and breezy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer compartments, and a coffee machine—perfect for extended stays or family holidays. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy partial ocean views and a built-in gas braai, ideal for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.

No Housekeeping but additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.


PARKING

The property features a convenient double garage equipped with an automated garage door, ensuring ease and security for vehicle parking.


GENERAL

The complex provides the added convenience of back-up water supply. Additional features include six beach towels for guest use, high perimeter walls with electric fencing, and CCTV surveillance.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast.

This home is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock.

Uvongo is a seaside resort in the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast at the mouth of the Vungu River in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Uvongo is the largest upmarket residential area on the lower South Coast. The Vungu River has a waterfall that flows into a small gorge near the mouth.
