I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of my stay as set out in the Rental Agreement provided to me via email by Top Destinations; that I am aware of and accept the Conduct Rules (House Rules) of the estate, resort, or apartment being visited; that I assume full responsibility for the actions of myself and my group during our stay; that I occupy the property and use the facilities entirely at my/our own risk; that I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Establishment from any and all liability, claims, or damages of whatsoever nature arising from my/our stay at the premises; and that I, along with all persons accompanying me, agree to be bound by these terms and confirm that all relevant parties in our booking group have been duly informed.
