Please take note, this includes your refundable damage deposit, should it be applicable. No payments are possible at the property. Unfortunately due to the amount of fraudulent proof of payment receipts, we take note of the POP's but will only tick off payment once the funds are reflected in our account. For last-minute bookings, please use the "pay-and-clear" option from your bank. There is a tendency from online booking portals to hide certain fees in the small print, please ensure that you are aware of these fees, especially relating to the damage deposit and administrative fees. No exceptions will be allowed and no arrival note submitted unless the full balance is settled. Please assist us in ensuring that you have a smooth check-in process.

Guernsey on Sea is a double-storey home that accommodates up to six guests. The main entrance is accessed via a set of stairs, and once inside, a couple of steps leads to the lower wing of the house that hosts the bedrooms and bathrooms. Alternatively the backside entrance can be used that has fewer steps. The home offers beautiful sea views from inside and is within easy walking distance to the beach.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom includes an extra king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The second bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and basin. A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is conveniently located next to this bathroom.


UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a breakfast nook and an air fryer. The adjoining scullery area has a dishwasher for added convenience. The living area features a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, WIFI is also available. The entertainment area includes a bar, comfortable couches, and ocean views, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The home also boasts a covered balcony with a seating area and a garden.

No Housekeeping but this can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand.


PARKING

The property offers secure parking within the complex in front of the garage. Unfortunately the garage is not accessible for parking. Please take note the lower level might be occupied by guests who booked the lower level flatlet while parking is shared in front of the garage.


GENERAL

Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit.


LOADSHEDDING

Not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock.

Port Shepstone is one of the largest towns of the KwaZulu Natal South Coast. Port Shepstone is a popular tourist destination and offers a diversity of attractions and activities and boasts unspoiled sandy beaches with warm waters rich in marine life.
