Fernkloof Chateau is an exquisite multi-level residence nestled in Fernkloof, Hermanus. This home offers six well-appointed bedrooms and five modern bathrooms, ensuring a magnificent stay for a maximum of 14 guests (10 adults, 4 children).


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

All five bedrooms are beautifully furnished with king-size beds. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience. Three of the bathrooms are complete with a bathtub / shower combo. While the other two bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring a refreshing experience for all guests.

Additionally, a versatile area serves as both a kids' play area with ping pong table and a cozy TV room, featuring four bunk beds for added accommodation versatility.


UNIT LAYOUT

The ground floor of the residence encompasses a variety of essential spaces, beginning with a spacious double garage offering convenient parking for vehicles. Adjacent to this is a functional laundry room, equipped to handle household chores with efficiency. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are also available to guests.

Ascending to the first floor reveals a thoughtfully designed layout catering to comfort and entertainment. A guest bathroom provides convenience for visitors, strategically located for accessibility. Two distinct dining areas, each boasting a braai setup, offer delightful settings for gatherings and culinary experiences. The well-appointed kitchen with a coffee machine is complemented by a scullery, ensuring seamless meal preparation and cleanup. The first floor further boasts two spacious living areas, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing. These living areas come equipped with a fireplace for those cold winter evenings. Five tastefully appointed bedrooms offer retreats for rest and rejuvenation, while an office space caters to professional needs or quiet study.

Furthermore, the property is fitted with airconditioning, roof fans, DStv, Netflix, Showmax and comes with WIFI. All included for your convenience. Outside, a swimming pool awaits, inviting guests to indulge in refreshing leisure moments, while a deck provides an ideal vantage point for soaking in scenic views and enjoying outdoor activities.

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
