HOUSEKEEPING

Linen changes are provided for stays longer than one week. Guests will be notified of the specific days for these changes, typically occurring mid-stay. For additional housekeeping services or linen changes, please contact Louisa directly at +27 82 660 4847. Please note that additional services will incur extra charges.


PARKING

Your vehicle will find shelter in the covered parking bay, secured behind a remote gate. Any additional vehicles will unfortunately have to park across the complex in the main street as there are no alternative parking bays in the complex.


GARBAGE REMOVAL

All garbage will be removed on Monday and should be placed in the complex dustbins by guests. This area is located around the corner in the parking area.


GENERAL

The apartment's proximity to the resort swimming pool adds an extra layer of convenience.


LOADSHEDDING

The unit is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.


AREA

The major feature of this gorgeous beach is the large natural rock pool, which makes for excellent swimming for little ones. The beach is also bordered by exquisite fields of sugar cane and subtropical bush, which create an idyllic backdrop to your vacation photos and a day spent on the beach. Umdloti is fabulous for swimming, snorkelling, surfing, and beach sports that make use of the untouched sandy shores.
