330 BREAKERS is a sea facing 2-bedroom unit on the 1th floor, tastefully decorated and located within walking distance to the beach. You will love the sea view from the unit and staring at the ships passing in the background, while the uncapped Wifi will ensure you remain connected to the world.
The main Bedroom has a King-size bed and a roof fan while the second bedroom have two single beds. Both rooms have built in cupboards. The Bathroom has a bath/shower combo, with a toilet and basin.
The open plan area includes the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has an oven and hob, toaster, kettle and the necessary cutlery. The living area has a satellite TV, Uncapped WIFI, refrigerator as well as a cosy little dining table and chairs. The aircon is centralized and individually cools off each room. A lovely view of the ocean makes it the perfect spot to sit back and relax.

Does a standard service seven days a week, excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day. Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A laundromat is located within the resort, please ask for directions and coins at reception.
One vehicle in the basement. Additional vehicles should park at the open parking bay next to reception. Please first stop at reception and sign in, once you have the disc, the vehicle can be parked in the basement.
Unfortunately, braaing in Breakers Resort is limited to certain days only (Sunday – Thursdays after 17h00). A communal braai area is available, with the resort also hosting braai evenings on certain days. Please enquire at reception for the schedule or if you wish to have a braai on a specific day.
Additional data can be purchased at reception. The onsite gym is open from 07h00 to 19h00 and guest can make use of the facilities without extra cost. Beach towels can be rented from reception.
The kiddies play area is located next to the restaurant and spa. Daily activities are also written on the board next to the entrance. Please do take a second and read through the planned activities for the week.
Facilities include, a swimming pool, large level pool deck, kiddies pool and slides, water volleyball pool, lap pool, wooden decks, trampoline, braai facility, ramps to facilities, same-day dry-cleaning and laundry shuttle services - enquire at
reception, hair and beauty salons, action cricket and volleyball. We can't guarantee all the facilities will be working or operating during your stay, should the resort decide to implement maintenance or remove certain facilities.
The apartment is not equipped with a backup power source.
Bring along your own beach towels, although it can be rented from reception, we can't guarantee sufficient supply should the resort be at full capacity or whatsoever other reason. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid. We do supply toilet paper with the daily service at one roll per toilet per day.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
Furthermore, Breakers Resort does allow for maintenance at the units during the period of August to November of each year. Guests will note on occasions when humidity is higher than the norm, there might be condensation in the unit hallway. This is due to the unit above being cooler than the unit below... resort maintenance is aware of this and is being investigated by the resort.
