VILLA 2820 is a ground-floor self-catering villa located in the San Lameer Estate on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal and can accommodate up to 4 persons in two bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower, toilet and washbasin. This bedroom also has a TV. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a roof fan, while that bathroom is equipped with a shower.


UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dyer. The dining area contains a dining table and chairs. The lounge contains comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. The living area opens to a covered patio with braai facilities. Uncapped WiFi is included.

The unit also has a trolley Ellies inverter, which eases the load-shedding burden. The inverter connects to the TV and has an additional port for charging low-watt items. Please do not charge or use on any high-load appliances.

HOUSEKEEPING

Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee. Mid-and High Season or Long weekends and School Holidays Serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.


PARKING

Reserved for one vehicle under the carport while there is another open parking bay next to the unit.
Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.


OTHER

The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to 2 freshwater pools, a hotel, restaurants, a library with Internet connection, and a convenience store. San Lameer is a Blue Flag status beach with 24-hour security, shark nets, and lifeguards on duty.

REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
