Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay at San Lameer 2815, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday unit in the beautiful San Lameer Estate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this unit is ideal for families or groups looking for a convenient getaway.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower-bath combination. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are each furnished with two single beds, making them ideal for children, friends or additional family members. The second bathroom features a shower, toilet and basin.


UNIT LAYOUT

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The kitchen flows into the dining area, which features a 6-seater dining table. Please note that there are a few stairs between the connected kitchen and dining area and the living room.

The comfortable living room features an L-shaped couch and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the estate. The unit also offers DStv, WiFi and air conditioning for added comfort and convenience. The living room opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating, creating a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air. A Weber braai is also provided for relaxed outdoor meals with family and friends.

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is not included, but additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost. Please let us know in advance. Linen changes are only done for stays for longer than one week. The change will be scheduled during the middle of your stay.


PARKING

Reserved for one vehicle under the carport. Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.


GENERAL

Please note that there are a few stairs between the connected kitchen and dining area and the living room.

Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit.


LOADSHEDDING

The unit is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
