VILLA 2200 is a ground floor studio villa and centrally located within the Estate. Guests can easily choose to visit the beach or make use of the Hotel and the surrounding swimming pools.
The unit is equipped with a portable 500 W power station designed to mitigate the impact of load shedding. This versatile power source can effectively operate essential appliances, including television and Wi-Fi connectivity, among others but no high-load appliances. Also equipped with a backup water tank to alleviate any short-term water supply disruptions.
The open plan studio has a King-size bed, aircon and Premium DStv Package while the Bathroom has a shower. The unit is also equipped with a daybed for little ones.
The kitchenette has an oven, stove and microwave, while the open plan living area leads to the patio that has braai facilities and a dining table.
Capped at three persons, but take note that the 3rd person should be below the age of six years, as per estate rules.
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During mid-and-high season, the unit is serviced daily, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra fee, but please notify us beforehand. The amount can be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period.
Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.
Reserved for one vehicle across the villa and is approximately 30 metres from the villa entrance. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.

Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit. Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
