BEDROOMS LAYOUT
Upper Floor – Bedrooms
The first upper level hosts all four spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 1 (Main Suite): King-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom and sliding doors opening onto the pool deck.
- Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 4: Single beds with en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom.
UNIT LAYOUT
Entrance Floor
The entrance level offers a double garage and a welcoming reception area. The home can be accessed either through the main entrance or directly from the expansive double garage, providing both convenience and privacy. A staircase from this level leads to the upper floors.
Upper Floor – Entertainment
This level also features a generous entertainment lounge with a flat-screen TV, glass stacking doors, a built-in braai, and a dining area. The space opens onto the pool deck and private lawn, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living—perfect for entertaining.
Top Floor – Living & Dining
A short flight of stairs leads to the top level, where double-volume ceilings and expansive windows fill the space with natural light and showcase beautiful views.
This floor includes a modern kitchen equipped with a gas stove, coffee machine, airfryer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The kitchen flows into a formal 10-seater dining area and a second lounge with a flat-screen TV. A small deck with seating and a built-in gas braai provides an additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is included, except on Sundays and public holidays. Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost. Please notify us in advance. These costs may also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit if preferred.
For stays longer than five nights, linen changes are scheduled midway through the stay. Towel changes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as for all new arrivals. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please advise us in advance.
PARKING
The property offers secure parking in a double garage with direct access to the home.
GENERAL
Uncapped WIFI is provided. Please note that the home has stairs.
TAKE NOTE
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
LOADSHEDDING
Backup power and water supply are available for peace of mind.
REMEMBER
This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
