A versatile and centrally located holiday property in the heart of Southbroom, offering two separate dwellings—a spacious main house and a charming cottage. Ideal for families or small groups travelling together while still enjoying privacy and independence.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
Main House – Sleeps 4 (plus sleeper couch available)
This comfortable ground-floor home accommodates up to four guests, with a sleeper couch available for one adult or two small children. A single step leads into the home, and four steps take you down to the private swimming pool and garden area.
The main bedroom features a King-size bed, air-conditioning, and a full ensuite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a ceiling fan. A second bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet.
Cottage – Sleeps 4
Inside the Cottage, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and ceiling fans. Please take note the bedrooms are small. While the bathroom features a bath/shower combo.

The living area of the house is fitted with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, WiFi, and DStv. There's a dedicated dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outside, the open patio includes a gas braai and overlooks a well-maintained garden and inviting pool—perfect for relaxing on sunny Southbroom days.
Extras include heaters, beach towels, JoJo water tanks, and an inverter to provide backup power during outages. Parking is secure, with a double garage and additional space behind a remote-controlled gate. The property is centrally located, within walking distance of the village, restaurants, and the Southbroom Golf Club.
Cottage – Sleeps 4
The separate garden cottage offers a relaxed, single-level layout and comfortably accommodates four guests. It is entered through a covered patio with a dining area—perfect for enjoying the garden views in the shade.
The open-plan living area offers a ceiling fan, WiFi, and DStv, and the kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering.

Capped at 8 persons.
HOUSEKEEPING
The home is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
For stays longer than one week, a complimentary linen change will be scheduled around the midpoint of your stay. Should you wish to arrange extra linen or towel changes, we’d be happy to assist at an additional fee.
PARKING
Parking is secure, with a double garage and additional space behind a remote-controlled gate.
GENERAL
Please note: Both the main house and the cottage have steps at their entrances, and there are additional steps leading down to the garden and swimming pool. The property is equipped with JoJo tanks for backup water supply and is pet-friendly.

There are lots of interesting things to do in and around Southbroom. The beaches are clean, untouched, and usually much quieter than other beaches in the area.
Southbroom is the gem of the Southcoast, upmarket, safe, clean, and manicured, absolute paradise.
Margate airport is 10 minutes away, making travel to and from Southbroom a breeze. It truly feels like you are on an island, and the weather, even when it's a bit cloudy, is usually warm and very enjoyable.
