Guernsey on Sea is a double-storey home that accommodates up to eight guests. The main entrance is accessed via a set of stairs, and once inside, a couple of steps leads to the lower wing of the house that hosts the bedrooms and bathrooms. Alternatively the backside entrance can be used that has fewer steps. The home offers beautiful sea views from inside and is within easy walking distance to the beach.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
Main House
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms that accommodates up to six guests. The main bedroom includes an extra king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The second bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and basin. A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is conveniently located next to this bathroom.
Studio Apartment
The ground-floor studio apartment accommodates two guests comfortably. It features a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a breakfast nook and an air fryer. The adjoining scullery area has a dishwasher for added convenience. The living area features a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, WIFI is also available. The entertainment area includes a bar, comfortable couches, and ocean views, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The home also boasts a covered balcony with a seating area and a garden.

There's a cozy seating area in front of the Smart TV with streaming capabilities, also has WIFI. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an air fryer. Outside, guests can enjoy a covered patio with a seating area overlooking the garden.
