UNIT LAYOUT

Open plan lounge dining room leading onto enclosed Balcony with incredible views from both the balcony and the loft of the River Mouth, River, and Wild Coast Sun golf course. Additionally, equipped with two air conditioning units to provide a refreshing escape on those hot summer days.


CAPACITY

It is important to note, the villa can accommodate up to 10 persons, with a maximum of 8 adults.

No Daily Service, only during Peak Season.

Parking for two vehicles under the carport next to the property.


ESTATE

The Villa is situated on prime location on the Estate, close to main swimming area, putt-putt course and children’s play area, phenomenal scenic walkways, only a 5 minute walk to Rennies beach via the Sunset Trail, the Waggon trail to Rennies beach boat launch area, and the river Jetty.


LOADSHEDDING

The home is not equipped with a backup power source.

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.
