A spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the top floor in Shangri-La that accommodates six persons. Located on the beach in Doonside, Kingsburgh, between Winkelspruit and Amanzimtoti. The ever-popular Baggies restaurant is a short walk from the apartment.

You will have incredible 180° views from the top floor with a front-row view of all the sea action. The resort swimming pool and braai facilities will ensure you are entertained all day and did we mention that you can walk to the beach… What more could you ask for!


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The main bedroom consists of a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom, while bedroom two is equipped with two single beds and the third smaller bedroom a double bed. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet, while the second shared bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.


UNIT LAYOUT

An open plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, comfy couches with DStv and kitchen nook bar seats that will keep you hooked on the breathtaking view. The apartment is situated on the 17th floor and there are 3 lifts in the resort.


CAPACITY

The apartment can host up to six people.


HOUSEKEEPING

Laundry facilities are available within the resort, but not in the apartment. Take note, the dishwasher displayed in the images is not operational and is currently not advertised. Housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.


PARKING

Covered and secured parking for one vehicle in the basement.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding at the moment, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not. We can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming.


LOADSHEDDING

The unit is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own towels, beach and bath! And any additional load-shedding mechanism to assist with the situation.


RESORT

The resort has a pool (including a kiddies' pool) and a braai area in the block. A laundromat and convenience store also offers home-cooked meals on the premises. Excellent swimming beach, with a lifeguard club on the doorstep, which is manned by keen and professional lifeguards during the holiday season.


AREA

There is also a tidal pool to relax in and fishing is very popular in this area. The shopping center, Seadoone Mall is less than a five-minute drive from the complex.
