Welcome to Four Pines, a spacious double-storey holiday home in the beautiful coastal town of Hermanus. Ideal for families or groups, the property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is located within walking distance of the scenic Kwaaiwater Beach.

This home is just a stone's throw from the Hermanus Golf Course, while the renowned Arabella Golf Course is located 29 km away.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Main House (Sleeps 8)
The main house features four en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: the main bedroom with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and includes a king-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort.

Cottage Unit (Sleeps 4)
The separate ground-floor cottage unit includes two en-suite bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and basin. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.


UNIT LAYOUT

Main House (Sleeps 8)
The ground floor also includes a separate dining area with a 6-seater table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a gas stove and oven (manual ignition required) and is supported by a scullery with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, the entertainment area offers a bar, a built-in braai, and an 8-seater dining table. A flat-screen TV is also provided in this space, making it perfect for social gatherings or relaxed evenings. The entertainment area opens onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views. Adjacent to this space is a lounge with comfy couches and another flat-screen TV. DSTV and Wi-Fi are provided. Please note that there are stairs inside the property.

Cottage Unit (Sleeps 4)
The cottage has a kitchen with a gas hob and a breakfast nook, as well as a lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Outdoor Area & Amenities
Step outside to enjoy a well-appointed outdoor area featuring a swimming pool, built-in braai, and a shaded dining space. A gas and Weber braai are also available for guest use.

Additional amenities include heaters, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and an inverter with solar panels to provide backup power.

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
