BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The manor offers four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms enjoy northerly views across the Biggarsberg mountains, while the remaining two overlook the tranquil waters of the dam to the east.
Every suite features its own elegant bathroom and thoughtful amenities:
Bedroom One features a king-sized bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a double shower, freestanding bath, double basins, and toilet. Additional features include a television and air-conditioning.
Bedroom Two offers a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, along with a television and air-conditioning.
Bedroom Three includes a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a built-in bath and shower combination, basin, and toilet. Additional features include air-conditioning and a fan.
Bedroom Four is appointed with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. Additional features include a television, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, bar fridge, and private coffee station.
A separate guest bathroom with toilet and basin provides added convenience.
For families travelling with children (16 years and under), two bunk beds can be added to any bedroom upon request, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements.
The manor is powered by an eight-panel solar system with 8kW battery backup, delivering approximately eight hours of uninterrupted power. Should additional support be required, a generator ensures seamless continuity — allowing guests to relax without disruption.

The elegant living area offers plush lounge seating, a flat-screen television, WiFi, DStv, and Netflix, creating a comfortable space to unwind. A 12-seater dining table provides a beautiful setting for shared meals and meaningful connection.
Indoor and outdoor living flow seamlessly together. The built-in braai area, with comfortable seating, opens onto sweeping views of the dam and surrounding mountains. Expansive stacking doors lead to a covered outdoor dining space connected to the home, complete with a fire pit and Weber braai for alternative entertaining. Indoor and outdoor gas heaters ensure warmth and comfort during crisp winter evenings.
For added convenience, the property includes a fully equipped laundry area with washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy two open-air showers and quiet encounters with the estate’s two resident horses. A fully equipped boma, privately positioned across the dam, offers a spectacular setting for braais, long lunches, or fireside evenings beneath vast country skies.
Guests are invited to explore the dam by boat, fitted with a battery-powered engine, or enjoy a gentler pace with paddles. The aircraft hangar provides secure space for private aircraft or additional vehicles during your stay, further enhancing the estate’s sense of ease and exclusivity.

While Richmond Manor is equipped with reliable backup systems, interruptions beyond our control may occur. Refunds are not applicable for disruptions caused by national utility providers.

The expansive 5,000-hectare estate invites guests to immerse themselves in the natural landscape. Multiple dams stocked with trout, bass, and barb offer rewarding fishing opportunities, while scenic hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and 4x4 tracks provide endless avenues for exploration. Guests are welcome to bring their own horses or motorbikes to experience the terrain in a more personal and adventurous way. The farm is also a haven for birdlife, with over 300 recorded bird species, making it an exceptional destination for birding enthusiasts and nature lovers.
