Escape to relaxed coastal living in this spacious multi-level villa located within the sought-after San Lameer Estate on the beautiful Lower South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this well-appointed self-catering villa is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable getaway close to the beach.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Top Floor

The top floor is home to the spacious main bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV for added comfort. The room also includes a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

Middle Floor

On the middle floor, guests will find a cozy bedroom furnished with two single beds. This level also offers a bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower, along with a separate guest toilet for convenience.

Lower Floor

The lower floor features two additional bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the second offers a double bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the patio area. A shared bathroom fitted with both a bath and shower services this floor.


UNIT LAYOUT

The villa is spread across three levels, offering generous living spaces and privacy throughout. The middle floor features the open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a flat-screen TV, WiFi, DStv, Netflix, and Showmax. The TV has streaming capabilities, allowing guests to log in and enjoy their own streaming accounts during their stay. The living area opens onto a patio with built-in braai facilities and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxed evenings overlooking the lagoon. Guests also benefit from inverter backup power during loadshedding.

Positioned close to the beach and offering tranquil lagoon views, Seabreeze Escape Villa San Lameer is the perfect base for enjoying everything the South Coast has to offer.

HOUSEKEEPING

Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.


PARKING

One covered parking space is provided, while additional vehicles must park at the hotel parking bays or at nearby open parking bays allocated in the estate.


GENERAL

Please note that the unit has 2 flights of stairs.

Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit. Additional features include beach towels and beach umbrellas.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.

REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock.

The estate has various activities, including Access to two blue flag beaches, Lagoon, Beach and Sea Viewing Decks, Complimentary 9-hole Pitch & Putt course – Mashie, Table tennis at Leisure Desk and Clubhouse, MBT trail, Jogging, Bicycles For Hire, Fishing Dam - Catch and Release, Tennis and Squash Courts, Children Play Areas, Bowling Green, Paddle Boats and Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Climbing Walls for Children, 2 Swimming pools – Slides and Children’s Water Feature, Bird Viewing Dam and a Communal Braai area at the Beach Gate


AREA

With almost 160 km of beaches that become havens for swimming, surfing, fishing and diving, and rugged untamed landscape perfect for hiking and 4×4 expeditions, the natural wonders of the area are immediately apparent. Added to this are wildlife sanctuaries, stunning 18-hole golf courses and numerous adventure activities unique to the KZN South Coast.
