BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Located on the second floor, the aprtment is for up to 4 guests, this inviting villa boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom, air-conditioned, features a cozy double bed with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom offers two single beds. The second bathroom is complete with a convenient shower over bath, toilet, and washbasin. Unwind in this delightful retreat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and your companions.


UNIT LAYOUT

Embrace the convenience of self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen of this charming villa. Complete with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a selection of cutlery and crockery, it caters to all your culinary needs. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. The dining area comfortably accommodates 6 people, while the lounge invites relaxation with its plush seating and a flat-screen TV offering selected DStv channels and a DVD player.

Step outside the living area and onto the balcony, where an inviting outdoor dining table and braai facilities await. Unwind and savor quality moments in this delightful space, perfectly designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

HOUSEKEEPING

Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee. Mid-and High Season or Long weekends and School Holidays Serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.


PARKING

Reserved for one vehicle under the carport while there is another open parking bay next to the unit.
Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.


OTHER

The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to 2 freshwater pools, a hotel, restaurants, a library with Internet connection, and a convenience store. San Lameer is a Blue Flag status beach with 24-hour security, shark nets, and lifeguards on duty. Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.


LOADSHEDDING

The unit is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.

The estate has various activities, including Access to two blue flag beaches, Lagoon, Beach and Sea Viewing Decks, Complimentary 9-hole Pitch & Putt course – Mashie, Table tennis at Leisure Desk and Clubhouse, MBT trail, Jogging, Bicycles For Hire, Fishing Dam - Catch and Release, Tennis and Squash Courts, Children Play Areas, Bowling Green, Paddle Boats and Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Climbing Walls for Children, 2 Swimming pools – Slides and Children’s Water Feature, Bird Viewing Dam and a Communal Braai area at the Beach Gate

With almost 160 km of beaches that become havens for swimming, surfing, fishing and diving, and rugged untamed landscape perfect for hiking and 4×4 expeditions, the natural wonders of the area are immediately apparent. Added to this are wildlife sanctuaries, stunning 18-hole golf courses and numerous adventure activities unique to the KZN South Coast.
