VILLA 14311 is a spacious multi-level villa comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The property spans several levels with three flights of stairs inside. The entrance is located on the first floor.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

On the second floor, you’ll find the main bedrooms and a laundry room. The villa offers four bedrooms in total (including a guest toilet).

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathrooms with both a bath and a shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds; Bedroom 4 includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, while the other bathroom also has a shower, toilet, and basin. A guest toilet is available for added convenience.

All bedrooms have sliding doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the garden. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.


UNIT LAYOUT

The third floor is the main living and entertainment level. It features a modern kitchen with a scullery, an open-plan living room with DSTV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Showmax, and a dining area perfect for family meals. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher. This lovely home includes table tennis and a swimming pool. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.

The covered patio overlooks the pool and an outdoor shower is available for use, ideal after a day at the beach. The patio also includes sun loungers, an outdoor dining space, and braai area equipped with both a gas and weber braai. While the balcony offers beautiful ocean views and also with its own outdoor dining space.

HOUSEKEEPING

Does a standard service on Monday-Saturday. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.

Please take note that the assigned housekeeper shall undertake the washing and drying of personal laundry items for guests on a daily basis, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. It is our preference that the designated housekeeper exclusively utilizes the laundry machines, and it is explicitly agreed upon that she shall ensure the laundry room remains securely locked at all times when she is not at the property. Upon conclusion of her responsibilities each Saturday, the housekeeper is required to place a portable drying rack outside the laundry room. This facility may be utilized by guests until Monday, when regular operations resume.

Garage parking is provided.


GENERAL

Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit. Additional features include beach towels and beach umbrellas.


TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.


LOADSHEDDING

Backup power and water supply are available for peace of mind.


REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock.
