BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The home comfortably accommodates guests across three well-appointed bedrooms and an upstairs loft area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and shower. Double doors open onto the patio, allowing plenty of natural light and fresh coastal air to flow through the room. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends sharing. Upstairs, the loft area includes a sleeper couch for additional sleeping space, along with its own shower and toilet for added convenience.
UNIT LAYOUT
Step inside and you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area where the lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen flow together seamlessly in a light and inviting setting. The kitchen is fitted with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher for added convenience, while the living area features a flat-screen TV, WiFi, and DStv for your entertainment.
Large double doors open onto a generous balcony complete with outdoor seating and braai facilities, creating the perfect space to relax, entertain, or simply take in the surrounding scenery.
Upstairs, the loft area provides an additional versatile living space that can be used as a study, reading nook, or relaxed seating area. The loft opens onto a private balcony with elevated views over the Umtamvuna River Estuary and towards the iconic Wild Coast Bridge.
For year-round comfort, the home is equipped with two air conditioners and a heater to keep things cozy during colder winter evenings. For extra entertainment, the home also includes table tennis, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
CAPACITY
Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, the home also allows for 2 additional children to be accommodated in the loft area.
HOUSEKEEPING
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on every third day of your stay.
PARKING
The property includes a single garage, as well as one dedicated parking space located opposite the garage.
ESTATE
Guests also have access to the estate’s communal facilities, including swimming pools, picnic areas, walking trails, and a nearby jetty with boat access to the Riverside Bar and Wild Coast Casino.
LOADSHEDDING
The home does not have a backup power supply, however it is fitted with emergency LED lighting for use during power outages.
REMEMBER
Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.
