Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and includes a king-size bed, walk-in cupboard and its own patio overlooking the garden on the west side of the property. Its private bathroom features a shower and bath, as well as a toilet and basin.

A separate teen pad provides additional sleeping space for up to four children in one large bunk bed. The teen pad also has its own aircon and table tennis, creating a fun space for children and teenagers to enjoy. An additional bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin is also available in the home.
