BEDROOMS LAYOUT

SAM’s features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, comfortably sleeping four adults, while the third bedroom has two bunk beds and is ideally suited to children, allowing the home to accommodate up to eight guests. One bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach, while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower.


UNIT LAYOUT

The main living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a welcoming dining area and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and streaming apps. A fireplace provides extra warmth on chilly winter evenings, while air conditioning adds comfort during warmer days.

For added convenience, the home includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher and beach towels, making it well equipped for everything from a weekend escape to a longer family holiday.

The property is equipped with an 8kW inverter, 15kWh battery system and multiple solar panels, providing a nearly off-grid experience. Together with the gas stove and battery lights, the system is designed to minimise the impact of power outages, so you can spend less time worrying about the electricity and more time enjoying your holiday.

AREA

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
