Sam's is an elegant two-story residence located in the picturesque Voëlklip area of Hermanus. It features three tastefully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.

The first two bedrooms of the house are furnished with cozy queen size beds, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable single beds. The first bathroom is complete with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The second bathroom features a shower only,

The main living area of the home encompasses a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a welcoming dining room. A fireplace has been thoughtfully provided to keep you warm and toasty during chilly winter evenings, while a washing machine and dishwasher are on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the property is fitted with an aircon in the upstairs lounge and comes with beach towels, WIFI, Netflix, Gas stove and Battery lights, all included for your convenience.

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
