Please take note, this includes your refundable damage deposit, should it be applicable. No payments are possible at the resort and the funds should reflect in our account. Unfortunately due to the amount of fraudulent proof of payments receipts, we take note of the POP's but will only tick off payment once the funds are reflected in our account For last-minute bookings, please use the "pay-and-clear" option from your bank. There is a tendency from online booking portals to hide certain fees in the small print, please ensure that you are aware of these fees, especially relating to the damage deposit and administrative fees. Furthermore, arrival notes may only be delivered to the resort upon the successful payment of the full balance (and this includes your damage deposit). No exceptions will be allowed and no arrival note submitted unless the full balance is settled. Please assist us in ensuring that you have a smooth check-in process.

Drive until reaching the security boom gate. (direction to be supplied in email one day before arrival) Security will call the control room to confirm, please be patient. After they allow you entrance, drive to the basement parking. From here the security officer will escort you to the control room for keys and biometrics. Please ensure to be there before 16h30 to ensure biometrics get activated.

PICTURESQUE PEARLS is a one-bedroom unit on the 11th floor the Pearls, Dawn, that is tastefully decorated with a balcony and remarkable view. The unit is LOCATED within walking distance to the beach.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed as well and an en suite bathroom that has a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The room has built in cupboards.
UNIT LAYOUT
The open plan area includes the kitchen and living area. Kitchen has an oven and hob, toaster, kettle refrigerator and the necessary cutlery. Don’t forget the washer and dryer! There are also chairs at the kitchen nook while the living area has a flat-screen TV and Uncapped WIFI is available in the unit.
CAPACITY
Capacity for the unit is capped at two persons.
HOUSEKEEPING
One linen change per week, no daily servicing unless arranged at an extra fee.
PARKING
Parking for one vehicle in the basement. Additional vehicles.... please contact reception to arrange parking.
RESORT
Unfortunately, braaing is not allowed from the balcony. Facilities include a swimming pool. We can't guarantee all the facilities will be working or operating during your stay, should the resort decide to implement maintenance or remove certain facilities. The good news is, you will not be affected by load shedding as the Pearls has a backup system.
LOADSHEDDING

REMEMBER
Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.
TAKE NOTE
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
