It facilitates limited lighting across the premises, offers charging capabilities for cell phones and USB devices, and provides power to the television and bar fridge. It is imperative to abstain from utilizing additional electrical devices such as fans, stoves, or hairdryers during load shedding to prevent a complete power outage in the residence. Please continue to use electricity sparingly during load-shedding.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom consists of a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, shower, and double basin. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom a king-size bed, consisting of two three-quarter beds. The second bathroom has a bath, shower and basin.


UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen is fully equipped with a water purifier, granite tops and upmarket appliances, a microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included. Meals can be served by opening the glass sliding window to the bar counter on the balcony for those lucky ones relaxing outside!

HOUSEKEEPING

The apartment is serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays and clean linen is provided weekly.


PARKING

There are two secure, undercover carports from a lift that will take you up to a beautiful, airy, skylighted foyer that leads into the penthouse.


GENERAL

The only things you have to bring with are your bath- and beach towels and toiletries.

Please be advised that the body corporate has decided not to permit group bookings, couples, or matriculants. Only members of the same family will be allowed to visit the apartment going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, this decision is beyond our control.

REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid. We do supply toilet paper with the daily service at one roll per toilet per day.

Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
