BEDROOMS LAYOUT

This charming property features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The main bedroom includes a secure safe conveniently located in the cupboards, providing a safe place to store your personal belongings. Bedroom two offers a cozy queen-size bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom three has a double bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The third bathroom includes a bath, basin, and toilet.


UNIT LAYOUT

The heart of SeaB is its fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Smeg gas oven, dishwasher, and a dining table where family and friends can gather for meals. The inviting living area features a flat-screen TV, DStv, Nextflix, YouTube, Wi-Fi, and a wood fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available.

Outside, you'll find a delightful shower with a toilet and a fabulous braai area with a dining table that offers stunning mountain views. SeaB's prime location is within walking distance of the lagoon mouth and beach, making it the perfect spot for seaside adventures. Beach towels are also available to guests.

Additionally, the home is equipped with solar panels and an inverter, ensuring backup power and uninterrupted comfort during your stay.

AREA

The location is in the centre of town within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
