Arrival Note & Agreement

I have read, understand and agree to the terms & conditions of my stay in the Rental Agreement, delivered to me by email from Top Destinations.

I am aware of the Conduct Rules (House Rules) of the estate/resort/apartment visited and take full responsibility for our group’s actions during our stay.

I am occupying the above property at my/our own and sole risk and are using the facilities on these Premises entirely at my/our own risk.

I/we hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Establishment against all liability for any and all claims whatsoever and howsoever arising from our visit/stay at the Premises.

Furthermore, I and the persons visiting the Premises with me, agree to be bound by these terms and I have informed all related parties accordingly.
