PEALRS APARTMENT is a stylishly furnished two-bedroom unit on the 11th floor of the Pearls, Dawn, and accommodates up to five guests. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.


UNIT LAYOUT

The open-plan layout encompasses the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery, along with a washer and dryer. The dining area is cozy, and the living area is outfitted with DStv, Netflix, Showmax, and uncapped Wi-Fi. This unit also features centralized air conditioning. The balcony features views of the ocean and the surrounding area.

Capacity for the unit is capped at five persons.


HOUSEKEEPING

Serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays. Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.


PARKING

Parking for one vehicle in the basement.


RESORT

Unfortunately, braaing is not allowed from the balcony. Facilities include a swimming pool. We can't guarantee all the facilities will be working or operating during your stay, should the resort decide to implement maintenance or remove certain facilities. The good news is, you will not be affected by load shedding as the Pearls has a backup system.

REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
