VILLA 2506 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom corner unit with its entrance on the second floor and nestled away in privacy with a partial sea view. Centrally located within the Estate, one can easily choose to go to either the beach route or make use of the Hotel and its swimming pools.
The Bedroom has a double bed and aircon, while the Bathroom has a shower only.
The kitchen has a washing machine while the living area has selective DStv channels, dining facilities, sleeper couch for kiddies, as well as two roof fans. Leading from the living area to the patio, guests can enjoy the privacy the patio provides and also make use of the braai facilities.
Capped at four persons, but the 3rd and 4th persons should be below the age of six years, as per estate rules.
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.
Reserved for one vehicle under the carport. Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot or at the Hotel. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.
Uncapped WIFI is provided and the codes are in the flip file located within the unit. Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
The unit is not equipped with a backup power source.
This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
