46 Montego Bay is situated within the Caribbean Estate, Kwazulu Natal. This holiday home has the capacity to host up to six adults and two children.


BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The main bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with air-conditioning and accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom features a double bed while the third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bathroom are both equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. The loft area on the upper floor features a sleeper couch for two children and also has a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. Kindly be aware of the interior stairs to access the different floors.


UNIT LAYOUT

This lovely homes has a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious living section, and a designated dining space. The open plan living area features a flat screen TV with comfy couches and an eight seater dining table. Enhancing comfort, this delightful residence features a ceiling fan for relaxation during balmy summer evenings. The living room seamlessly extends to the patio, offering captivating views of both the ocean and lagoon. Guests can savor the outdoor experience with the available Weber braai for delightful barbecues, complemented by a convenient dining table. For added convenience, amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher are provided, ensuring a pleasant indoor experience.

Furthermore, guests can enjoy the convenience of a dedicated bar area on the upper floor, perfect for entertaining and socializing. This area opens onto a balcony, granting guests panoramic vistas of the ocean and lagoon, while also featuring a dining table for enjoying meals with a view.


CAPACITY

Capped at eight persons. Six adults and two children.


HOUSEKEEPING

Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on every third day of your stay.


PARKING

The parking area consists of one covered parking for your vehicle.


ESTATE

The Villa is situated on prime location on the Estate, close to main swimming area, putt-putt course and children’s play area, phenomenal scenic walkways, only a 5 minute walk to Rennies beach via the Sunset Trail, the Waggon trail to Rennies beach boat launch area, and the river Jetty.

Caribbean Estates is fortunate that it's located on the South Coast with tons of stuff to do in the area. However you do not have to leave the Estate to have a great time. We have plenty to do on the Estate, from nature walks, wildlife, fishing, to birding etc. If you tire of nature, you can play tennis, swim in one of 3 pools, watch your kids playing on the jungle gym and swings or you can treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment at La Vita Spa.


LOADSHEDDING

The home is not equipped with a backup power source.


REMEMBER

Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering home and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.


AREA

Situated on Rennies Beach and the Mtamvuna River Mouth, bordering KZN and the Eastern Cape, directly opposite the Wild Coast Sun and Golf Course, only 3kms to Casino and 3kms to Port Edward shopping Hub, the Estate offers a wide range of outdoor activities, this area is also a legendary popular Fisherman’s destination.
