The house features two beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen-size beds. The third bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for additional guests or family members. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The first bathroom is a spacious and elegant full bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower. The second and third bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring a refreshing experience for all guests.


UNIT LAYOUT

As you approach this home, you'll find the entrance foyer gracefully accessible via a private ramp. As you step inside, you'll discover a haven of comfort and privacy. On this level, two elegantly appointed bedrooms await, each boasting its own private bathroom. Ascending a mere four steps, you'll be greeted by a spacious communal area that seamlessly combines a captivating TV lounge with a delightful dining room, creating an ideal space for socializing and entertaining. Adjacent to this inviting area, is a well-equipped kitchenette. The third bedroom is also on the same level, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. What sets this bedroom apart is its private entrance, providing a direct connection to the enchanting garden beyond, allowing you to effortlessly immerse yourself in nature's beauty.

Furthermore, the property is fitted with an aircon, DStv and comes with WIFI. All included for your convenience. Guests will delight in discovering not just one, but two exceptional grilling options. A built-in braai as well as a gas braai. Regrettably, there is no hob or oven available, only a small convection unit.

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
